Securing Document based MVP with TrustedCopy

TrustedCopy, an early-stage SaaS startup building a digital certification platform that enables users to securely timestamp and verify documents — similar to a modern digital notary.


Challenge

TrustedCopy had a strong technical concept but needed clarity across two critical areas:

  1. Brand identity — to establish trust and credibility in a sensitive space

  2. Product design — to translate a complex certification process into a simple user experience

Their main challenges included:

  • No established brand identity or visual system

  • A technically complex idea that needed simplification

  • Designing an MVP that could be shown to investors and early adopters

Before designing the product, we established:
